hey there, half the band is sick but we’re still here, heading into the home straight.

this is what is left of the tour van….

start with shouts….

big shouts to denis and le Kran (nantes) for everything

shouts to David, Nathaly and Nina for putting up with us in tours for longer than expected

shouts to Bastien and ouimaisnon in lille

and shouts to Jason in Brussels for putting us up here exactly where i’m writing this.

so what news from the front?

so the gig in the hague got cancelled last saturday and we just lazed around tours instead,

lille was yet another light and sparsely crowded concert but the vibe was good, and the competition was stiff (lot of gigs in lille and the area).

monday was spent bumming around a beach resort on the belgian coast, very cold, wet, impressive landscapes, long discussions about the future of music and the cost of mussels.

the famous english breakfast……

and finally last night brussels, a good place to play the cafe dada, good beer, a few people, finally playing in froeign climes and to a different mentality, noticable change.

good news is that we got a date for friday in tournai (BE) at the Cornwall, one less day off is probably a good thing.

anyway onwards and upwards…..
